In June 2018, Japan’s premier banking consortium, SBI Group announced the launch of a virtual currencies platform. The platform, creatively titled SBI Virtual Currencies [SBIVC], has begun accepting new users starting today.
2018 年 6 月、日本の主要銀行コンソーシアムである SBI グループは、仮想通貨プラットフォームの立ち上げを発表しました。SBI バーチャル・カレンシーズ (SBIVC) と名付けられた同プラットフォームは今日、新規ユーザの受付を開始しました。
The new account registrations have now been opened to the public, with the SBIVC website providing details on how to open a new account for trading on the platform. The official statement by SBI says [trans.]:
SBIVCは新規口座登録を一般利用者向けに開始し、ウェブサイト上で取引用新規口座開設方法の詳細を提供しています。SBI による公式声明は以下の通り。
“Thank you very much for giving us your expectations for the start of service by many customers. Starting accepting applications for opening new accounts of our virtual currency exchange service [VCTRADE] from today.”
